Prelude

I was going to call this an overture but was prevented from doing so because I realised an overture often depicts the suite of music to be played as a whole, offering a taster to the music coming up. Well, this is certainly not the case when it comes to this.

I have kept a Chinese diary and blog for some time now, with the intention to keeping up the language without official lessons. But some emotions are better said in one language than another (I am not implying or suggesting one language is better than another) and here is my attempt to narrate my thoughts in English. Hey, it's pretty good to stay bilingual yeah? It's even better when you are brilliantly bilingual and that's my goal.
